My stay at Quinta Da Veiga was absolutely amazing! The location of the property is breathtaking, with stunning views of the Douro River and vineyards. The old building has been beautifully renovated and offers modern comforts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the dinner services offered by the hotel. The daily menu was delicious, and the red wine of the house was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, even accommodating my late arrival with an alternative dinner option. I had a fantastic time at Quinta Da Veiga and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Douro area.

We spent our Xmas wine-focused holiday in an exceptional location with a beautiful view. The staff was very hospitable and showed personal care. The quality/price ratio of the dinners was great, including the wine selection, with one red wine in particular standing out. the living room and other common spaces were spacious and inviting.

We did experience some minor technical issues with the bathroom and cleaning of the bedroom. The breakfasts were good, but a bit repetitive with the same Portuguese cheeses and cold cuts served every day.
