the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as it seemed like the cleaning had been rushed. the presence of previous guests' sanitary towels in the bathroom bin was not a pleasant sight.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed with the large and comfortable room at the hotel. The location was excellent, just off the motorway and convenient for my morning plans in Kingstanding. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the "to go" bags provided at the breakfast bar, allowing me to take snacks for the day. The breakfast itself was good, with a variety of options including bacon, sausages, baked beans, cereal. Having a carvery and a large Sainsbury's nearby was also a convenient bonus.

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location on a busy road. Despite this, it wasn't crowded at all. The cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast, and lounge areas was impeccable. The friendly staff made our stay even better. Being right next door to a restaurant was a huge plus, as it meant we didn't have to drive anywhere else. We also appreciated having hot drink facilities in our bedroom, as well as cold drinks available at the reception.
