They even valet parked my car and surprised me with small gestures like chocolates on my pillow and a bottle of water when I left. We were initially assigned a room in the new wing of the hotel, which felt empty and lacking in character. However, the staff were exceptional and quickly moved us to a room in the old part of the hotel. The interior of the 18th century palace was beautifully decorated with antiques and the lush gardens were a delight to explore. The hotel also showed attentiveness by promptly returning my forgotten photographic equipment. I highly recommend this small luxury hotel.
