The family suite was huge and the walk-in shower was equally spacious. The central location was great once we found our way out of the shopping center. And the best part for those traveling with children was the separate playroom filled with a nice selection of toys and games. The 24-hour reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel also had a lift from the ground floor of the mall to every floor, making it convenient for all guests. the location, facilities, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel located in the heart of the city center. Residencial Centro Comercial Avenida Bragashopping was just a short walk away from all the major attractions in town. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast provided was delicious and the rainy day didn't dampen our spirits as we could easily access the shopping mall without even leaving the building. the room was clean and the shower was great, with fresh towels and sheets provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the iconic Ponte Vecchio bridge. It made exploring the city so convenient, with plenty of beautiful shops and cafés nearby. Finding the entrance was easy, just follow the signs for accommodation inside the mall. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious enough for our family of two adults and two children. the highlight for the kids was the big playroom, which kept them entertained. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our bags at reception on the day of check-out.
