I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with the metro station just across the street and taxis right at the front door. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the clean sheets and towels daily. The balcony was a nice touch, even though the view was just adequate. I recommend this hotel. Great location, just 5 minutes from the Metro. Easy access to downtown and old city with a nearby bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy. The breakfast was plentiful, although the coffee could be better. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area of the city, right near a metro train station which takes you right into the CBD in about 15 minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room size was great, with a spacious bathroom and a balcony. the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of water and had a mini-fridge in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was key, conveniently close to the airport, making it ideal for business travelers. Plus, the breakfast had a huge variety of options and good quality, with delicious coffee and juices to start the day off right.

There was no shuttle service provided by the hotel, which was a huge inconvenience. As a business traveler, it was frustrating to have to carry my luggage on public transportation for a long time.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma for three nights. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a great air conditioning system. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Roma Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, and mini sausages in addition to the usual options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
