My room had a stunning view of the city, overlooking Alfama and its beautiful rooftops. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was luxurious. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I enjoyed delicious meals at Audrey's and the bar served the best Negroni I've ever had. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of modern design and historic charm. I highly recommend Santiago De Alfama - Boutique for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.

We stayed at this hotel during our business trip and were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and service we received. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a quiet area but still within easy reach of important landmarks and transportation options. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the terrace every morning, starting our day off on a high note.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the restaurant tended to get crowded and noisy, which took away from the relaxed atmosphere we were hoping for.

Extra large comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and coffee, friendly and helpful staff, great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, would definitely consider staying again.

The holiday season was made wonderful by this hotel. Two complementary facts that stood out were the exceptional staff and the delicious food. the hotel's location was perfect, being a few steps away from a major tram line and close to popular tourist sites. the decor was modern yet warm, and the beds were comfortable. the best aspect was being able to relax in the spa after a long day of exploring.

Sadly, the size of the rooms was a letdown, as they were smaller than expected. there were not enough staff working, which resulted in long wait times at the bar.

Mind-blowingly excellent staff who go above and beyond, super-delicious breakfast and dinner, jaw-droppingly stunning interior, spacious room with a ridiculously comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom.
