The resort offers a great breakfast and a variety of meals, with good separation of pools for adults and kids. The staff is helpful, kind, and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near the city, with complimentary shuttles to the beach.

We had a fantastic break at Nau Sao Rafael Suites! The property was beautiful, with three great pools and a stunning sea view from our bedroom. The staff were brilliant, always helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the bar entertainment every night and there was something for everyone. The variety of food at the buffets was good, with delicious desserts. The location was also ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Sao Rafael beach and close to Albufeira for some exploring. we highly recommend this resort, especially the all-inclusive option.

Had a great Christmas break at this hotel. The staff were very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach and local amenities. The standard of cleanliness was excellent, with regular room service and fresh bedding offered daily. The food was fresh, well presented, and there was a good selection of hot and cold dishes on offer. The entertainment was also enjoyable, with a range of activities scheduled each day.

Some elements of the hotel could be improved. The sun loungers by the pool were often crowded, and it was difficult to find a spot to relax.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, situated on a cliff top with breathtaking views. The bars in the hotel serve drinks that are made well and are enjoyable. Additionally, there is a beautiful beach nearby which is perfect for relaxation and fun in the sun.

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel is very poor, making it difficult to stay connected to the internet.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities that made my stay very luxurious. The swimming pool area is stunning with a sun terrace and sun loungers where I could relax and soak up the sun. The Spa centre was impressive, offering massages, a Turkish bath, and a sauna which were all great. The room was a haven of comfort with private facilities and an indoor heated swimming pool. The entertainment provided was exceptional, and I had a great time enjoying live entertainment.

Although almost everything was perfect, the Wifi signal was a bit patchy in some areas, which sometimes made it difficult for me to work. But it didn't affect my overall experience much.

Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Good food selection with an additional a-la-carte option. Two spacious pools with plenty of sun loungers. Disappointing closure of the tennis court, but the games room was a great alternative. Friendly and helpful staff.

High specification hotel, clean and airy. Approachable and pleasant staff. Comfortable stay. Birthday surprise with champagne and cake. Recommended by multiple people.

I got great value for my money at Sao Rafael Suites. The room was fantastic - spacious and luxurious, with beautiful bathrooms and a huge lounge area. The location was perfect, with 3 huge pools to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me and my family feel welcome.

The food for breakfast could have been better - there were limited choices and the hot plates were lukewarm at best.

The hotel had excellent transportation options, with shuttles provided for the beach and coach pickups for Zoo Marine. The location was convenient and not too far from the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, and there was a good separation of pools for adults and kids/families.

Wifi was weak throughout the hotel. Room cleaning was missed on a couple of days.
