I recently stayed at the Sofitel in Lisbon for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, and the included breakfast was plentiful, with both a buffet and menu options. The staff were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The modern and clean facilities were top-notch, and the special touches for my birthday made it extra special. This hotel will definitely be our first choice when we return to Lisbon.

We loved that the hotel was centrally located, close to most sightseeing areas in the city. It was also conveniently situated in the center of the city, making it easy to access all the tourist destinations in Central Lisbon. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.

Convenient downtown location, around 20 minutes from the airport. Clean and luxurious room with orange/brown/yellow decoration. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. Nice breakfast buffet. TV with 50 channels, correct size, and good pillows. Maid checked the room twice a day. Bathroom had a nice rainforest shower.

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff like Ailton at the front desk who upgraded us to a larger room, gave us free drink vouchers, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The central location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the free coffee/tea/water and the Hermes body products provided. The hotel made our stay in Lisbon quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to like.

During my recent stay at Sofitel, I was impressed by the comfortable beds and the friendly staff at Reception. The highlight of my experience was when the man checking me in gave me two free Sofitel branded pens as a souvenir. The hotel's location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

During my recent business trip, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. the spacious room provided a beautiful view and was equipped with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fruit and freshly prepared eggs, as well as some delicious Portuguese specialties. Additionally, the staff was always helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to cleanliness in the room, with hairs left in the bathroom and tired bathrobes provided. the electrical outlets were also inconveniently placed and many didn't work.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a beautiful tree-lined street filled with luxury shops and small cafes. It was a short walk to the river and downtown Lisbon, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel had excellent facilities.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom design was a bit odd, with lights behind the outside of the bathroom door, requiring it to be opened in order to turn them on and off. This could be inconvenient for those sharing the room and may disturb other sleepers.

Great experience! the staff was incredibly friendly and made my business trip even better. I really enjoyed the complementary champagne and chocolates waiting for me in my room. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and it was close to public transportation. the gym equipment was also good quality and I had a great workout there.

The shower head was pretty useless - it needs to be mounted higher up. the mattress topper on the bed became hard and lumpy, which was not very comfortable.
