the rooms, although not large, were incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. We loved spending time in the lovely garden with a pool and chairs, it was a great spot to relax. the owners and staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was ideal, with everything within walking distance and the Tram 28 stopping just a few steps away. the boutique hotel had a homey feel, and we particularly enjoyed the lounge/bar area for watching TV, playing games, and enjoying cocktails before exploring the local bars and eateries.

The complementary breakfast and drinks were a nice touch, and the staff was friendly. the location was great, as it was easy to get to the sites, bars, and restaurants. the garden room was also a pleasant surprise, and the resident cats were cute.

The strong sewage smell in the rooms was unbearable, and the AC units were inadequate. Despite multiple complaints, the owner seemed uninterested in fixing the issue, and the staff's kindness felt insincere at times.
