The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was great, not far from the city center and close to a large grocery store. I enjoyed spending time by the outside part of the pool, surrounded by grass.

The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. the limited vegetarian breakfast options were a downside, as the non-vegetarian food was placed right next to the vegetarian food, resulting in utensils mix-up.

We also appreciated the hotel's efforts to retrieve our important belongings that we had left in the safe. a lovely hotel with great facilities and exceptional staff.

Plus, there was free parking available in the parking garage. the breakfast offered a wide selection, including fresh juices and local cheeses. a great place for a romantic getaway!

We had a marvelous stay at this hotel. We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful room on the 6th floor, which had amazing panoramic views of the ocean. The staff were great and very accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the free use of the pool and sauna, especially on the rainy days. Despite some reviews mentioning a cold pool, we found it to be just fine once we took the plunge. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the island, as it is a short walk to central Ponta Delgada and easily accessible to all the major sights. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
