The hotel location was convenient- located right across the square from with an outside bakery and plenty of good restaurants around. It was also close enough to the Malpensa airport. The room was comfortable and well furnished, and the staff was friendly, particularly at the reception.

Small things like removing the garbage and keeping the bathroom clean were not done properly.

Free drinks on check-in was a great start to our weekend, and the staff were very helpful with recommendations for things to do nearby. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and large bathroom in our room.

Our room was quite noisy at night due to the street outside. the decor in our room was outdated and in need of a refresh.
