We loved the fantastic location right at the Duomo square, making it easy for us to explore the main tourist attractions in this city. The hotel location was convenient- located right across the square from with an outside bakery and plenty of good restaurants around. It was also close enough to the Malpensa airport. The room was comfortable and well furnished, and the staff was friendly, particularly at the reception.

Small things like removing the garbage and keeping the bathroom clean were not done properly.

The room was extremely clean and quiet, with great noise insulation. The fast and stable internet was a major advantage for our business needs, and the added bonus of the tube-powered stereo amp in the room was a pleasant surprise.

That the hotel entrance was difficult to find, as the name was not visible from the street. This was especially inconvenient when returning to the hotel after dark.

We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and large bathroom in our room.
