The best aspects of my stay were the convenient location and the helpful staff. the hotel was located close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of food and shopping options nearby, so I never had to go far for a meal or to pick up souvenirs. the staff, although they struggled with English at times, were always willing to help and went out of their way to assist me. One staff member even helped me set up my mobile wi-fi, which was a lifesaver during my trip.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of smoking rooms on every floor. It was quite inconvenient to have to go down to the second floor every time I wanted to smoke, especially since there were no chairs or seating available.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near the Akasaka station and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to explore the area and try out different cuisines.

Noisy Neighbors: Unfortunately, we had some unruly neighboring guests who were quite loud, but that was not the hotel's fault. It was just a bit disruptive at times.

I also liked that there was a 24-hour grocery store nearby and umbrellas available at the front desk. Finally, the hotel was able to assist with reserving an airport shuttle bus, which was a convenient way to travel with heavy luggage.

We had a pleasant stay at The B in Akasaka. The location was great, with a short walk to Akasaka station and many restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, storing our luggage until we could check in and even organizing a taxi for our check out. The room was clean and well presented, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and free coffee in the lobby. We were especially grateful for the elevator next to the TBS building, as it made our arrival at Akasaka station much easier with our luggage. The comfortable room and helpful amenities made us eager to stay here again.

We had a great experience at the B. the staff members were very nice and formal, and there was a man who worked in the evenings who spoke English very well, which was a huge help for us. the rooms themselves were cozy and comfortable. the location of the hotel was amazing, right in the middle of everything. It was a short 10-15 minute walk to the nearest station, with lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and even a Kobe Beef restaurant within minutes of the hotel. it was a pleasant stay.
