The staff were dedicated and the food was excellent, with a good selection of local wines. The spa and wellness facilities were amazing, and the attention to detail in the hotel's architecture and design was top-notch. I will definitely be returning with my family soon. This place has a wonderful atmosphere.

My Easter stay at this hotel had some positive aspects. the hotel offered two beautiful thermal pools, which were a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Furthermore, one advantage that I really enjoyed was the delicious buffet breakfast that was available each morning.

There were also some negative aspects to my stay. the staff's attitude was disappointing, as they lacked kindness and seemed uninterested in providing good service.

The spa facilities were fantastic, with a wide range of pools and sauna options. the thermal water was incredibly relaxing and the 25m pool was great for swimming. the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. One of the best aspects was the variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner. There was a wide selection of choices and the quality was good. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of temperature control in the rooms. It was simply too hot and there was no way to adjust it properly.

We had a fantastic time at Spirit Hotel. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, the bed was comfortable with soft blankets, and there were different pools to choose from, including thermal hot water and a "river stream". The price/value factor was fully satisfying, and the staff were dedicated. The hotel also had amazing spa & wellness facilities with top architecture and design. We will definitely come back with our whole family. This place has a genius-loci.

Cons: the venue could improve the outdoor swimming pool area. the parking is a bit far away, but the hotel provides free shuttle service. this hotel offers a magnificent experience with attentive service, perfect for those looking for a luxurious retreat.
