Stayed at Torel Palace for a week-long vacation. Perfect location, stunning views of the city. Close to major attractions yet nestled in a peaceful area. Tropical-themed terrace and courtyard, delicious breakfast buffet, and a lovely lunch restaurant with a view. The villas are beautifully renovated, preserving their charm while adding modern touches. Attentive staff who make you feel like family. Thin walls between rooms, but overall, a fantastic experience. Can't wait for the new villa in Porto!

The hotel is conveniently located down the steep hill from the main square, making it very close to the city center. The rooms are elegant and spacious, each with its own unique identity. The breakfast is served directly to your table, with fresh and delicious options. The hotel offers great views of the city and has a lovely terrace and courtyard with a tropical feel.

Some noise from the upper floor can be heard in the executive rooms on the ground floor.

As adventurous trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stunningly beautiful location and hotel. The staff went above and beyond, making our evenings truly special with their graceful and lovely facilitation of our champagne drinking on the terrace.

This place is amazing! We loved the location on top of the hill, it provided great views of the city. The 24-hour room service was a nice touch, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate any request we had. The room was well-equipped with a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

I had a fantastic stay at Torel Palace in Lisbon. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city. The charm and beauty of the palace really made me feel like I was in a tranquil country estate. The terraces and outside space, including the pool, offered a peaceful oasis within the bustling city. The rooms were incredibly charming and I was captivated by the stunning views of the city. The attention to detail and good taste throughout the palace was evident. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special. They even accommodated my request for a second face flannel and a second floor mat without hesitation. I highly recommend Torel Palace for a wonderful stay in Lisbon.

The hotel had a stunning view of the city and the water, which made for a picturesque Christmas setting. One of the highlights was the excellent food, especially the salmon salad which was incredibly tasty.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as taxis had difficulty getting there. However, it was a good opportunity to walk off all the pastries and wine we indulged in.
