We had a lovely stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff members at the reception were outstanding - always pleasant, helpful, and efficient. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of this place is great as it is not far from the center of town and within walking distance to the historical tourist area. We found it to be away from the crowded area, which meant there was loads of space here. The lobby is very chic, and our room was spacious with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The bed was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a buffet and a wide variety of options. The staff members were very attentive and ensured that all necessary safety measures were in place.

The hotel's bar, tucked away in a corner of the lobby, offers a variety of snacks. Additionally, there are plenty of options for breakfast, although the hot food section could be improved.

The service from staff, especially Bernardo Barata, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Coimbra. The hotel was well-managed and the dinner in the lower dining room was delicious. The room was quiet, spacious, and clean.

Spent NYE holiday here. the staff was helpful and made me feel extraordinary. Plus, the spacious room made me feel at home. the hotel is conveniently located near the university hospital and has a great lobby that is perfect for catching up with friends. Loved the bar area tucked away in the corner and the open feel of the lobby. the service at the bar was excellent.

Breakfast had little variety of hot food, and service was slow. the staff in the restaurant was not accommodating, and the rushed atmosphere was pretty disappointing.

The hotel was well located in a new area near the Faculty of Pharmacy and the University Hospital. This made it convenient for us to visit these places during our stay. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were quick to assist with any queries or requests we had. the multilingual staff made communication easy. The breakfast offered at the hotel was good with a variety of options to choose from.

The bed comfort was not up to our expectations. It was uncomfortable and caused discomfort, especially for someone with back or hip issues.
