Easy access to downtown and super friendly staff made our Christmas stay enjoyable. the hotel's key location allowed us to explore the city easily, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The beds were not very comfortable, affecting our quality of sleep. the restaurant inside the hotel left much to be desired, with subpar food that did not meet our expectations.

I recently stayed at Turim Marques and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like part of the family, offering assistance and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely bathroom with great lighting and a radio speaker. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and walking distance to Principe Real for great shopping and dining options.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - it was just beside the metro station and there were lots of high end shops within a short walking distance. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating - they provided additional bed for my small daughter. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and hot showers. Fourthly, the breakfast was simply amazing with a variety of options and all the toiletries needed were provided.

Great location near a popular square with good public transport and fashionable street behind. Helpful and friendly staff, with quick and efficient problem-solving skills. Clean and classy looking entrance, with clear rooms and nice toiletries. Nice breakfast spread with fresh products and good cocktails at the bar. Good soundproofing in rooms and absolute silence due to turned off ventilation.

As a budget traveler, I loved the location of the hotel. It's right next to beautiful parks and close to the metro and hop-on-hop-off buses. The room was newly renovated, quiet, and comfortable. The shower facilities were excellent with strong water pressure. The staff was helpful and quick to respond. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious.

I recently stayed at Turim Hotel in Lisbon for a week and I cannot say enough good things about it. The breakfast was better than the Crowne Plaza I stayed in the week before. The fresh fruit selection was perfect for those who are picky about their fruit. Their version of the English breakfast was delicious and they had a good selection of continental options. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Avenue Liberdade and the transport hub Pombal. The WiFi was excellent throughout our stay and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The room was equipped with everything I needed such as an in-room safe, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Plus, the free toiletries were a nice touch.

I loved the spacious and clean room. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to main streets. I had an issue with the showerhead, but it was resolved by the hotel technician immediately. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The complementary coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch and helped to start the day off right. the location was great, within walking distance to public transportation and some good restaurants. the gym was also a plus and had a decent selection of equipment for a quick workout before starting the day.

The rooms were pretty dark and could use brighter lighting. the housekeeping was hit or miss, sometimes not coming until late in the day or not restocking toiletries.
