the room had absolutely no closet, just hangers, how quaint! the tea & coffee was a joke, only poor fruity flavors, no breakfast tea, and I was treated like a nuisance when requesting more. I expected a complimentary bottle of water for my troubles, but alas, this hotel is clearly not interested in comfort. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had an amazing time staying in the heart of the bustling downtown area, where there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options to fuel my days of exploring.

The room sizes varied, and mine felt a bit cramped at times.

Room sizes were disappointingly cramped, with inadequate storage space for luggage!!! Air conditioning failed consistently during my stay, making comfort elusive!!! Insufficient coffee supply in rooms left much to be desired!!! Weak Wi-Fi connectivity hindered essential tasks!!!

i had the most average stay at this hotel. no power sockets by the bed, how can that be excusable? breakfast at €17.50 per head is quite a joke too. i almost gave it a good review, but when my room was still uncleaned on day 2, i just couldn't. ridiculous!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly, and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Even though the air conditioning could be a bit temperamental during the hot weather, I found it manageable. Daily cleaning kept everything tidy.

I had a great stay! The room was comfy and clean with all the necessities. The breakfast was exceptional, but the coffee machine lacked supplies. I'd definitely return!

Location was fab, right near the main attractions! Housekeeping was a delight, even tended to our room later than usual. We slept like royalty in our comfy bed, darling!

But let’s just say, the glass bathroom was a tad too open plan for my liking. I don’t need a front-row view of my partner's bathroom shenanigans, thank you very much!

Awesome location right in the center, super close to all main attractions! Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even helped arrange taxis for us, which made exploring way easier. The breakfast had a huge selection of options too!

This place suits me perfectly, offering reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with my suitcases. I always feel welcomed and will be back for a romantic escape.
