I had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the Ueno station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The subway was just a stone's throw away and the JR trains were easily accessible, making it a breeze to travel around.

Great location near a train station, convenience store, and shopping area. Small but functional rooms with Japanese design. Helpful English-speaking front desk staff who stored our bags after check-out for free. Coin-operated laundry on the second floor and in-room amenities provided. Would stay here again.

The hotel's location was fantastic! We were able to get around easily with the train station right next to us. the hotel also offered complementary pajamas and beauty mister in our room. What a treat! the breakfast buffet offered was quite varied and filling.

The room was quite small, but it was to be expected in the city. the PC in the lobby was outdated.
