I had a great experience at the newly rebranded Sheraton hotel near the airport. The staff, especially Johnny, went above and beyond to help me when I lost my credit card. They were efficient and maintained a high level of courtesy. The hotel shuttle even went out of its way to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities like the gym and indoor pool were top-notch. The buffet restaurant had plentiful options and the staff were excellent, although I did have an unfortunate experience after eating there. I highly recommend this Sheraton hotel for its excellent service and facilities.

The room was spacious and very clean. the gym was well-equipped with modern machines. the free shuttle bus was efficient and always on time. We enjoyed the delicious food from the restaurant and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had limited restaurant hours and few options available, making it difficult to find food later in the evening. the view from the room was not very pleasant, as it overlooked a highway.

the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and sun loungers were perfect for relaxation. the garden area was an added bonus for a calming atmosphere. the seasonal indoor pool was also an exclusive indulgence that made the stay more memorable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delectable bites and unique drinks that satisfied the taste buds.

this hotel exceeded my expectations, providing comfortable, private facilities for a luxurious stay.

The living and sleeping rooms were spacious and clean with a nice view. The bed was comfortable and the staff provided friendly and patient service. The fruit plate upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. The Chinese restaurant and bar lounge were enjoyable with entertaining piano music.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Additionally, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, making your travel experience hassle-free.

The swimming pool and spa facilities do not cater to children under 12 years old, limiting the family-friendly aspect of the hotel.
