The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive! Great location, walking distance to major tourist attractions. Upgraded room and complimentary airport transfer offered. Fantastic breakfast with a lovely sea view. Super helpful and accommodating staff, even helped us mail postcards. Good value for money.

Can't fault the property

Had a great experience during my New Year stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable time. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and cafes, and we enjoyed lovely walks day and night. The rooftop terrace was a treat, especially for breakfast. The staff, especially Onur, was exceptional in providing advice and suggestions for our visit. Made our stay very enjoyable.

The room was a bit small for my liking, but as a solo traveler, it was not a big issue. The bed was also not the most comfortable, which caused some back pain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to all major sights in the city, and it was very easy to get around, as it was close enough to take the tram. The staff were absolutely amazing, always helpful and polite with a smile on their faces. The breakfasts provided were delicious and abundant, with fresh food served. The hotel was also clean and had all the necessary facilities.

Additionally, there was a negative incident with a waitress trying to scam us during breakfast, which made us uncomfortable. We also experienced a temporary water issue that disrupted our morning routine.

The noise levels in some rooms can be bothersome, especially if located near the kitchen or dining area. Thin walls allow for significant noise transfer, including staff conversations and kitchen sounds.

The location couldn't be better - it's nestled in a tiny narrow place in the old city, just a short walk away from the Blue Mosque and all the major attractions.
