During my business trip, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated between Belem and the city center, allowing easy access to both areas. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to a conference center, making it ideal for attendees like myself. Public transportation options such as buses and trams were readily available, and I even found it enjoyable to walk to the city center from the hotel.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not particularly enjoy. the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updates or renovations.

We had a great experience staying at Vila Gale. the hotel staff showed kindness during a difficult time for us. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. the location near the Belem area made it easy for us to explore and visit local attractions.

The hotel provided a special birthday pack with cake and candle, but I chose fresh fruit with dark chocolate and wine. The food was amazing! There was an Opera performance with complementary champagne. The swimming pool was warm and lovely. The location was near the Experience Museum.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They were polite and provided us with great advice on what to see and do in the area. Additionally, the breakfast and evening meals were both delicious, offering a wide variety of options. the fantastic array of breads and cakes at the breakfast buffet was a definite highlight. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was key, being conveniently close to the congress center and providing easy access to other parts of the city.

One downside of my stay was the lack of attention to detail in the room. There was a missing amenity - slippers - and when I asked for them, I was told I would have to pay extra.

The service was impeccable, with room service available 24/7 and friendly staff always willing to help. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, and a spa & wellness center with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
