We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location along the river was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting outside on the tables, soaking up the sun and sipping on delicious drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, always there to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service, which came in handy when we wanted a late-night snack.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were attentive yet not intrusive, and the breakfast was superb. the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were outstanding. the location was excellent, just far enough from the city center to avoid the hustle and bustle. We loved the nearby church bells chiming on the hour, adding a charming touch to our stay. There were also two great restaurants just outside the hotel, which was a bonus. our experience at Vila Gale was exceptional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Vila Gale. The tram stop was just a short walk away, making it effortless to explore the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with fresh and varied options. Despite the small room size, the river view was absolutely worth it. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. I can confidently give Vila Gale a rare 5-star rating.

Il mio soggiorno in un albergo nel centro di Roma è stato fantastico. La posizione è eccezionale, a pochi passi da molti luoghi d'interesse e in un quartiere tranquillo. Inoltre, era molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, il che ha reso facile spostarsi. La camera era spaziosa e ben tenuta, con un letto comodo e una vista piacevole. Il bagno era pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il servizio era ottimo, con un personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione era abbondante e c'era una grande varietà di cibo da scegliere. Mi sono davvero goduto il mio soggiorno qui.

We loved staying here by the river! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. The hotel room amenities were great, especially the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV. The room was immaculately clean and well-maintained with housekeeping doing a fantastic job. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of items and the bar/lounge area was really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Gale. The refurbished old building had a trendy and music-themed vibe, with beautiful murals and art throughout. The open courtyard was a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The location was perfect if you want to be away from the touristy parts of Porto. We found some great tapas restaurants nearby, and the restaurant towards the sea had amazing grilled fish. The room we stayed in was cozy, with a chest-high window that provided plenty of light and air. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique charm and convenient location.

We had a great time in our recent trip! the hotel was located on the edge of a park and river which turned out to be a fantastic place to stroll and relax. Our room was quiet and kept very clean. the breakfast was good, with a variety of delicious croissants and omelets to choose from. We also loved the local wines and little snacks served on the bar's 2 terraces. the staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist!

The room was a bit small, and we had to go to reception to get a cup of tea since there was no tea-making facility. although the restaurant staff was nice, the restaurant could benefit from a wider choice.

It is also within walking distance to various restaurants along Ribeiro, where you can enjoy delicious meals. finding parking nearby is not a challenge, providing convenience for those traveling by car.

The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as coffee/tea facilities in the rooms and a paperless system, which may inconvenience some guests. the check-in process can be time-consuming, as experienced by a previous guest.

vila gale surpassed my expectations. their staff went above and beyond, even when my flight was delayed. the spacious room, delicious breakfast, and great location made this stay unforgettable. i would book again without hesitation.
