The air conditioning could use more power!!! The door was a bit sticky, and the furniture looked worn out!!! Tiled floors were too cold with no slippers provided!!! Consider maintaining the shower plumbing better!!!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from major attractions.

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay. The air conditioning in both rooms failed around 3 am, making the nights incredibly uncomfortable. Also, while the staff was friendly, we weren't provided with any emergency contacts when we really needed assistance, which added to our distress.

absoluteley the worst experience. the room was not clean, and I found dirty glasses everywhere. I also woudl ve been delighted with a simple room upgrade for my trouble, but alas, that didn't happen. ear plugs didn't help with the luod party outside either. disappointing, when I almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't.

ready to assist with recommendations and local maps. The room was clean and had modern amenities. However, the bathroom could benefit from additional shelf space. A fun moment was when they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary!

Location is bang on! Just a short walk and you're at the amazing sights. Had a real lekker time chilling in our comfy room, and the staff were super friendly, always there to help out. Our bags were already in the room when we checked in—nice touch, man!

The only thing was the shower leaked a bit, which was a bit of a hassle, but we managed.
