The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed during my stay, but the manager was kind enough to show it to us. The food at the restaurant was amazing, with a wide range of Serbian specialties available. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was also quite delicious. Another advantage was the complimentary phone provided at the reception, which allowed us to book taxis and plan trips around the city.

The rooftop garden at Heritage was absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic view of the city was truly amazing. We were greeted by the friendly reception staff and directed to the elevator that took us to the 9th floor, where we were welcomed by the F&B Manager. He opened the door to the balcony for us and let us choose our preferred seating. We enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee while taking in the stunning view. The F&B Manager even recommended the Club Sandwich, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The whole atmosphere, from the view to the food and the attentive staff, was exceptional. It's definitely a great place to spend a day in Belgrade.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

The area around the hotel lacks nearby cafes, lunch spots, or stores within a quick run, which can be inconvenient for guests looking for quick accessibility.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, next to a beautiful green park, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. In addition, the hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire.
