As youngsters, we loved the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as the fitness programs. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of options. The kids club was fantastic, with outstanding staff. The hotel grounds and lobby were well-maintained, and the view from the hotel was beautiful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment at Vila Gale. The facilities were top-notch, especially the gym and spin rooms. The views of the castles were stunning, and the location, although not in the heart of Sintra, was still convenient. The staff in the dining room were extremely polite, and we appreciated being allowed to go straight to dinner when we arrived late. The entertainers for the kids were energetic and kept them engaged. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very new and had a nice swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. the kids' care service was excellent, with outdoor play areas and trampolines, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the healthy breakfast options were a great bonus, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's tastes.
