This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was incredible, from the beautiful sitting area to the clean bathroom and the large soaker tub. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We especially loved being able to enjoy our breakfast with a view of the front garden and beyond to the river. The location of this hotel was perfect - close to all the attractions Niagara Falls has to offer without being in the crowded area of the falls.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to both downtown and the Falls. We felt safe taking an evening stroll and even caught the fireworks from here. It's also great for cycling or walking to the Falls, while still being peaceful at night. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with awesome views and a wonderful four-post bed. The backyard patio is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden.

Heather, our host, was incredibly polite and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the falls to walk, but not too close to be noisy. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a clean bathroom, beautiful sitting area, and even a fireplace. The breakfast is fantastic with a view of the front garden and the river beyond.

This Easter, I had one of my best hotel experiences. I enjoyed the warm and friendly demeanor of the staff, who made me feel at home right from the moment I arrived. I loved the fact that their tea selection was impressive, and their homemade pastries were both delicious and well-presented. the location was also perfect - it was just a short walk from all the major tourist attractions, and I got to spend more time enjoying the scenery rather than commuting.

Despite my overall positive experience, I feel that a coffee maker in the room would have made my stay even more enjoyable. Having to go down several flights of stairs, dress up and then carry it back upstairs to my room was a bit inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay at Bedham Hall B&B for our 40th anniversary trip. The hosts, John and Joyce, made us feel like family and provided exceptional hospitality. The property is stunning and conveniently located within walking distance of the falls. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, perfect for evening strolls. The breakfasts prepared by a professional chef were delicious and diverse, with fresh fruit and the best lemon poppy-seed loaf cake. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We can't wait to return!

They even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room, which was a wonderful surprise. the room itself was perfect, clean, and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious and made to order, with options like eggs Benedict and a spread of pastries and fruit. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and venues. it was an outstanding experience and I wouldn't ask for anything else.

One small suggestion would be to have a full-length mirror in the room for convenience. Another minor improvement would be the addition of a grab bar in the shower for added safety.
