The facilities were impeccable and the staff was outstanding! the pool area was quiet and relaxing, offering amazing views of the river. We loved the attention to detail in the decor and appreciated the shuttle service to nearby attractions. Our romantic escape was perfect thanks to the amazing location and the five-star amenities!

Our room had a faulty air conditioning system, making it uncomfortable during the night, and the soundproofing of the windows was not as good as expected, allowing for some noise disturbance from outside. the hotel's location is only accessible by car, requiring us to rely on taxis for exploring the area.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities and attentive service at this hotel. the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all top-notch. the Sisley spa provided a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We also enjoyed the beauty treatments and full body massages.

Our room had a door that was difficult to close, requiring a bit of force.

The location of the hotel is great, situated on the southern banks of the river. Guests can take a pleasant 30-minute bike ride or a 20-minute car ride into the old town. The building and setting are stunning, with beautiful design both inside and out. The rooms are well-equipped and the bathrooms have high-quality amenities like Jo Malone products. The staff in the restaurant and bar are very nice, and the bartender serves fantastic cocktails. The breakfast is delicious and the spa and indoor pool facilities are top-notch.

There were some small issues that could be improved, such as the slow service in the restaurant on the first night.
