I accidentally left my money at the hotel, but the staff found it and held onto it until I returned. Their honesty and trustworthiness truly impressed me. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby metro station and a nice coffee place just a few minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and trustworthiness.

The hotel was modern and clean, with well-set out rooms. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were of a high standard. the staff were faultless, from the smiling receptionist to the cheerful breakfast server. the location was convenient, with a metro station nearby and some nice shops and bakeries in the area. a spotlessly clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a great location.

there was no iron in the room, and the hotel charged €6 per shirt for ironing. there was no kettle or minibar in the room.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the shopping center, restaurants, and metro station. It was also very convenient being near the airport for our arrival and departure. the hotel itself was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping was exceptional. Lastly, the pool area was lovely and the bar was a nice place to relax.

The bathroom door didn't fully close, which was a bit inconvenient for privacy. the floor in the bedroom was scratched and the window was dirty, which took away from the overall cleanliness.

I recently stayed at Vip Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa for a few nights during my trip to Lisbon. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the train station and airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which was exactly as shown in the photos. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The hotel had great complementary facilities which made our stay extra enjoyable. We loved the lovely pool area where we spent most of our mornings enjoying the sunshine. Plus, the gym was always quiet so we could use the machines freely. Another great thing about this hotel was that it was situated close to the airport which meant we didn't have to stress about being late for our flights.

the location was a bit far from the main city centre, but not too expensive to get a taxi. Lastly, it was annoying that the kettle and cups were provided in the room, but tea, coffee and milk were not supplied until we requested.

The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of choices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had a great view, was spacious, and provided a comfortable and noise-free sleep. Free WiFi was available throughout the hotel premises.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the metro and a shopping center. I enjoyed having coffee and breakfast just across the road. The facilities were reasonable and clean, especially the swimming pool. The hotel also had parking available, which was a bonus. The exclusive amenities of this hotel were amazing and provided a luxurious experience. The Spa & wellness centre staff were professional and excellent, creating a soothing atmosphere. Additionally, the location was ideal and the venue provided an outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers.

The bar staff was dismissive and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. Although the indoor swimming pool was satisfying, the sauna did not work properly and required maintenance.
