A Perfect Stay: Just Steps from the Beach and Dining!

I absolutely loved my stay here because it was just a block away from the beautiful beach, with so many fantastic restaurants and shops nearby putting everything you need within a short walk; for instance, Orozco's Restaurant is just around the corner and Plaza Antonia Quinones is only a few steps away! The hotel itself was updated and offered great ocean views from my room, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of strolling around Old San Juan, which is not far at all. the breakfast selection could have been better, but that didn’t take away from my awesome experience.

The front desk was amazing, super friendly and quick with everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away.

It wasn’t the most affordable option, but worth it for the location and service.

The pool was super cold and the breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. Definitely not worth the high price tag!

The beach access was convenient and the bike rentals were a fun addition. Unfortunately, the noise from housekeeping was disruptive.

Perfect location. Steps from the beach and incredible restaurants. The room was beautifully redecorated, though the shower design left much to be desired. A shower door would improve functionality significantly. Cleanliness is paramount; this hotel excels in that department. Staff availability could be better; concierge hours were limited. Parking was confusing at first and needs streamlining for guest convenience. The minor issues, like drainage and hallway noise, should be addressed. Despite these flaws, the views from the balcony and the small pool area were highlights. With some adjustments, this could be an outstanding place for families.

The location was amazing - right ON Ashford Ave! LOVED the breakfast variety. The pool area was nice. Would stay again! The rooms were better than in photos.

I had the best time enjoying the stunning beach views from my balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special, especially the wonderful manager and concierge. Plus, the heated pool and jacuzzi were absolute highlights for relaxation!

We hit up this sick Beach Club that hooked us up with free chairs and umbrellas, making beach chillin' a breeze. Then, we checked out this dope entertainment center with mad fun activities that had us hyped up all day!

Yo, the only thing that would've taken our party vibes to the next level would be a banging rooftop bar with live music for us late-night thrill-seekers! .

The room was a good size with two queen beds, providing enough space for comfort. the mattress was quite stiff, making it less than ideal for a restful night. Temperature control was an issue; the AC unit was unresponsive, leaving our room hot until the next day. We had a persistent loud drip from the shower upon arrival. While maintenance was eventually prompt, it was frustrating initially. The carpet had noticeable stains, and the furniture seemed worn. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient, and the location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants.

First off, the room was equipped with a flat, screen TV, which was great for winding down after a day of exploring. The ironing facilities came in handy for keeping my clothes wrinkle, free, but I did wish there was a coffee maker in the room for that morning pick, me, up. The air conditioning in the room was a bit of a challenge. Despite multiple attempts to adjust it, the temperature always seemed off. It was so cold in there that I needed to request extra blankets. On the upside, the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. One thing that bothered me was the lack of a proper sitting area in the room. The small table didn't quite cut it for me, and it would have been nice to have a more comfortable space to relax. On the bright side, the staff was very kind and helpful, especially when I needed extra towels and toiletries. They really did try their best to make my stay enjoyable. the cleanliness of the room could have been better , I found a pile of hair in the bathroom and random hairs scattered around the room. The Condado Palm Inn has its pros and cons.

Meeting rooms were so fancy, felt like a CEO! Ropa Vieja's Grill was a culinary adventure, can't stop dreaming of that pulled beef Ropa Vieja! The breakfast at Palmas Café made my morning delightful.

The noise at the pool kept me thoroughly entertained all night, thanks for the party vibes on my relaxing vacation.

The hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating. The design of the lobby and rooms is impressive. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Some minor issues with parking confusion and room amenities. Great ocean view. A pleasant stay but with a few improvements needed for a perfect experience.
