I keep coming back for the cozy rooms and friendly staff. They once helped me with a phone charger. The hotel has everything I need, such as luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and beach access. It's my go-to spot for a romantic escape.

The Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach provided a remarkably clean room and incredibly comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. The light, beachy décor throughout the hotel and the striking chevron tiles lining the glass walk-in showers in the bathrooms added an elegant touch to the coastal ambiance.

The presence of spider webs on the screen door was a minor issue. It slightly detracted from the overall cleanliness despite the room being well-maintained.

We chose to stay at Sandcastle Inn for a few days rest whilst driving between LA and San Francisco. Situated right in the beachfront, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were polite and helpful, our room was lovely and spacious, and the location was great, with easy beach access. We loved the firepits and the close proximity to the pier, shops, and restaurants. Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for the money was totally worth it! The room was cozy and the bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. The hotel's beachfront location was just perfect, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The breakfast option could have been better, though.

This hotel has everything you need for a beach getaway - a great location right on the beach and close to downtown and wineries, friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms with large balconies to enjoy the view, and a basic breakfast included in the price.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was incredible, right on the beach with access to leisure activities like hiking, fishing, and even horseback riding. And the fact that it's close to downtown as well as wineries in SLO Wine country made it the perfect place to stay. The service was top-notch too. From the welcome drink to the happy hour, we were treated with the utmost care. The room was also fantastic, with heating, air conditioning, a terrace with garden furniture, and lots of amenities like free toiletries.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The newly remodeled bathroom and spacious room were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the massive TV was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. We loved the fire pits and meeting area at the restaurant.

The ocean view from our room was amazing! We loved seeing the waves crashing and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The location was also perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. we had a great stay.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The fire pits on the deck were a cozy touch, especially when watching the sunset. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, despite the busy location. We would definitely go back.
