Fabio is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. The hot water for showers was great and the air-conditioning made sleeping very pleasant. Additionally, the location of the property is excellent, close to San Juan and the airport, but away from the congestion of the city.

I was disappointed to find out that the property was actually a shared house, as I had thought I was renting a separate apartment. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the shower was in need of a remodel.
