This made it very convenient for me to explore and grab any necessary items during my stay. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were much better than expected, with no odors or visible moisture damage. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and accessible, offering an amazing view. Lastly, the value for money was exceptional, making this hotel a great choice for budget-conscious travelers.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants and a Walgreens store that was open 24/7. The staff was amazing, providing 24/7 assistance with anything I needed. The front desk agent was kind and allowed me to pre-check in, ensuring a smooth arrival. The hotel also had construction going on, but this was never mentioned by the staff. The room itself was comfortable, with a good bed and the breakfast options were okay. The hotel also had a nice concierge who provided great tips for exploring the area. Additionally, there was a public bus station nearby, making it easy to visit Old San Juan.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent, near the beach and a great shopping area. It was also close to Old San Juan and easily accessible from the airport.

The air conditioning was not adjustable and made the room too cold. the bathroom had a tilted threshold which caused the floor to flood.

Carmen Hernández from housekeeping went above and beyond when I accidentally spilled water on the bed. She quickly changed our linens and made sure we had everything we needed, from towels to toiletries. The lady taking care of breakfast was also amazing, providing outstanding customer service every morning. The grab-and-go breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options like omelets, sausage, and hash browns. Having breakfast included was greatly appreciated.

We arrived early after our cruise and had to wait for our room, but the location of Abitta Boutique Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection was perfect. It's just a short walk to Walgreen's, CVS, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was friendly and even kept an eye on our luggage while we explored before check-in. The room was spacious and had a chic, updated style that we loved. Plus, having a mini fridge in the double room was a great bonus. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

Spent Thanksgiving with my family and had a great experience. the hotel is perfectly located near the main strip where we found plenty of restaurants and bars. We also loved the fact that the beach was within walking distance. the pool area was awesome and we spent most of our time lounging there. Complimentary breakfast was quite good and we appreciated that they offered beach towels and chairs for guests to use. the staff was excellent, always attentive and friendly.

The rooms were a bit damp and musty, which made it a bit uncomfortable. the dehumidifier was not really fixing the issue.
