She even took care of my bags before my check-in time and helped me find a place to rest between my concerts. The communication between employees was impressive, as Joy knew to expect me and had my bags ready when I arrived after hours. She also assisted me in getting on a train and gave helpful directions and advice. The hotel itself was clean and in a great location. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

the location was fabulous, right in the middle of everything and lots of things to do nearby. the staff at Fairfield Inn was great, always friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and they even provided us with earplugs. Despite being busy due to a concert in town, the staff remained exceptionally nice. Parking was good as well. This was our second time staying here and we'll definitely be back!
