i almost gave a good review, but the staff whined about their issues instead of being professional. also, my husband drank cleaning solution—how does that even happen? i would have expected the hotel to make it up to us with a little gift, but it seems like they don't care about their guests. very disappointing.

The Elite room was impressive! Excellent customer service from the staff made our stay memorable during our vow renewal. Easy access to beaches and dining options right outside the hotel.

The limited breakfast options and lack of a pool were disappointing. Confusion about parking also detracted from the experience, leaving us feeling a bit frustrated.

a good variety of cardio equipment and some free weights. The location really made accessing local coffee shops and the beach an easy walk. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as I found hair in the tub upon arrival. Overall, it was an average stay, but improvements in maintenance could make it much better.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and increased peace away from street noise.

Ja, the brekkie was top-notch every morning! Also, the security guys were super friendly, always up for a chat. Scored some cool local tips from them. Plus, I dug the chill vibe at the beach not too far away. definitely brought my own goggles for the snorkeling. Had a proper jol!

Only downside was waiting ages for the check-in, like, ag man, could’ve been faster. But overall, it was a lekker stay!

Our room was unclean upon arrival, with dirty carpets and floors. The ice machine was limited to only a few floors, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming or helpful when we faced issues during our stay.

The spacious Elite Studio Suite offered breathtaking views, and the continental breakfast featured fresh fruits that were a delightful start to the day. Exploring nearby beaches was convenient, but the limited seating in the breakfast area made it difficult to enjoy the meals fully. There was a consistent struggle with parking clarity, causing some frustration during the stay. Nonetheless, the attentive staff and strong air conditioning were notable positives, helping to create a comfortable environment despite minor inconveniences.

I stayed for 2 nights in an Executive Studio Suite, and the oceanview from my balcony was amazing. The friendly staff and cleanliness. I enjoyed the convenient access to local dining options, particularly Fogo de Chao. Can't recommend this place enough for amazing views!

The hotel was cozy and the breakfast selection was superb with fresh fruits and pastries. Plus, we loved the sea view from our room on the 4th floor. It was also great to be able to explore Old San Juan easily with our little dog.

My kids wished the parking was easier to figure out.

Location was fantastic! Super close to everything, and a nice 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was solid, fresh fruits every morning. The gym had a good variety of weights! !

costa bahia hotel paseo caribe has a great location, super close to the public beach! the deluxe double room with balcony and sea view was really nice. i enjoyed the fresh fruits at breakfast, but there wasn't much variety.

it could definitely use some better cleanliness in common areas.

the elevators were really questionable, we got stuck once. but the view from our room's balcony was spectacular! ! air conditioning worked great and breakfast was a nice addition. really enjoyed the nearby beaches too.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast during my stay. It had a good variety. I had a large room with good air conditioning. It was nice to walk to the nearby beaches and explore local shops. But I noticed the gym was cold and a bit dark. It was great to be in a place where I could experience a bit of Americana while traveling. I wished for a better parking situation, which was a bit confusing for me as a traveler.

The property could improve in some areas, and I felt there were missed opportunities for a better experience.
