I had a fantastic stay at an adults-only hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The included open bar was a bonus, and the rooftop was a delight with a pleasant breeze. The hotel felt safe and secure with a required security code. The parking garage was conveniently close and had security. The hotel's central location in Old San Juan was perfect for exploring.

One drawback I experienced was that the room felt a bit austere compared to the lobby. However, it was clean and comfortable.
