Perfect match for a momentary visit in San Juan with value for money. The pool area was so relaxing.

During our recent stay, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the airport and its easy access to Old San Juan and other tourist spots. The hotel's amenities, such as live bands, bars, pool, and jacuzzi, provided a lively atmosphere, enhancing our overall experience. The spacious room size was also a plus, allowing for a comfortable stay.

The stunning ocean views from my window at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino were absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved sipping my morning coffee while gazing out at the tranquil waters – truly a serene and unforgettable experience. The complimentary evening reception in the atrium was a thoughtful and delightful touch that made me feel truly taken care of during my stay.

I found the water at the pool to be a tad colder than expected – a minor disappointment for those who prefer a warmer dip.

While the kitchen served only pork sausages, they kindly made an exception for me. The sanitary conditions and attentive staff made our stay pleasant. The pool area was well-maintained, and the helpful security guard exemplified the excellent customer service at Embassy Suites. The early check-in option was also appreciated.

I keep returning for its comfort, great service, and location. The staff helped with plug adaptors on my first stay. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. Can't wait to come back for New Year.

We hit up the casino and had such a lucky night - it was like something out of a movie! Plus, we lounged by the outdoor pool and even went jet skiing, it was epic. The games room and facilities were off the charts too, so we were never bored.

It would've been even more awesome if they had a cool rooftop bar or nightclub. That would've really topped off the whole experience.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Embassy Suites. The free happy hour with complimentary beer and drinks was a great way to unwind after a long day. The made-to-order omelets at breakfast were delicious and the service was quick. We also appreciated the free beach amenities and the convenient location. Despite some minor drawbacks such as the chilly pool and limited hot tub availability, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. a great value for the price.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in San Juan for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. It was also conveniently close to the airport and a mall. The complimentary breakfast and drinks were a pleasant surprise, and they even provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and the hotel itself was beautiful inside and out.

I chose this hotel for a trade show and found it to be an ideal venue for business events and weddings. The facilities, including the bar, casino, pool, and business center. The wireless internet access was reliable, and the children's playground was a nice option for families.

Despite the excellent amenities, I wish the hotel had a more extensive business center with additional workstations and private meeting rooms to accommodate my work requirements more effectively.
