The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a bustling high street nearby. We also enjoyed the fact that the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, with both a full English fry up and continental choices available.

One major drawback of our experience was the uncomfortable pillows provided in the room. They were excessively large, making it feel like we were sleeping sitting up.

We loved the convenient location just minutes away from Swiss Cottage bus/tube station. The staff was friendly and the family room spacious and comfortable. Coffee/tea making facilities were a bonus. Perfect for backpackers!

My recent stay at Best Western Swiss Cottage was fantastic. I was in London for a business trip and stayed for two nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel's location next to Swiss Cottage Tube made it easy to get around the city. I also appreciated the free street parking available from 6:30 PM to 9 AM. The hotel room had an excellent bath tub and a comfortable big bed. And to top it off, there was a good variety of TV channels available.

I booked this hotel for its convenient location near Camden Town and Roundhouse. The area is quiet and affluent, and the hotel is within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. The room, located on the 4th floor, was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The receptionist was friendly and provided useful information. The large room was clean and well-maintained, with clean towels provided. The hotel is housed in an old, charming building on a lovely residential street. The transportation connections nearby, including the tube and overground services, were convenient.

I had a very efficient Check-In and Out experience at Best Western. The room was clean and functional, although some furnishings could use updating. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tube station and buses to the city. The hotel is situated on a quiet road, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely sound of birdsong on Sunday morning. The cooked and continental breakfast offered was extremely good, except for the heavily diluted juice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
