We had a fantastic time exploring Old San Juan during our stay at Fortaleza Suites. The central location made it easy for us to walk around and discover the charming old Spanish architecture and historic sites. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. We were lucky to have an upgraded room with a balcony overlooking the street, which added to our enjoyment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the luggage storage service on the day of our check out. a great place to stay for our short visit.

Noisy at night due to loud music from the street, making it difficult to sleep. the rooms had tiled floors, which caused sound to travel easily between rooms, resulting in noise from other guests.

The common area was always stocked with fresh coffee and cold water. The room was spectacular, with a balcony perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The bed was very comfortable, and wifi was included. We also appreciated the free use of laundry facilities.
