The hotel staff at this hotel were exceptional - extremely friendly, welcoming, and always had a positive attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and made us feel valued as guests. The housekeepers, in particular, Elisha and Shanteen, were very attentive to our needs and made sure our room was always clean and had fresh linens. The breakfast in the lobby was also quite good, with a wide variety of choices and an early start time on Saturdays, which we appreciated.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the shower in our room was extremely hot, even on the cold setting. We had to run the water for a while before it was comfortable to stand in.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a quick business trip. The hotel had ample parking and a convenient location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional, personable, and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was a microwave and fridge in the room. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Charlotte for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff were pleasant and quickly resolved a mix-up with the number of beds in my room. The warm and inviting decor made me feel right at home, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious fresh baked cookies upon arrival. The breakfast spread was tasty, and the service was excellent. The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Kayla, Frenchy, and Paul, were all very nice and attentive. a great experience!

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and a concert venue. It made it easy for us to enjoy all the activities we had planned during our city break. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very good, ensuring we started our days off on the right foot.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. We experienced some issues with the safety and professionalism of the staff.

This hotel is a great value for money. The location is superb, right next to the light rail line that goes downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff are friendly and welcoming, just like the Amber mentioned in one of the reviews. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are very clean, as mentioned by another reviewer.

I recently stayed at a hotel near UNC and it was perfect within minutes of the university where my son was studying. The location was really convenient as it was right next to a light rail stop that could take you from north to south Charlotte, passing through uptown. The rooms met my expectations for cleanliness and comfort, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The basic amenities were all there and breakfast was good. it was a very clean and comfortable hotel that I would definitely consider returning to.

We were looking for a hotel with a good location and were happy with this one. It's close to a police station, the harbor in Maryland, and the airport. Plus, it's close to literally everything! The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a bit outdated but overall fine. The friendly staff provided good service, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
