Great stay with awesome staff

Super friendly staff, super clean room, and comfy beds! Breakfast was solid, though I'd love to see more local food options. The happy hour with popcorn was adorable. Pool was nice, even if it wasn’t open for a bit. One thing I didn’t love was being on the first floor since I had to keep my shades closed.

This hotel is in a great area, just 10 minutes away from the San Juan airport. The rooms are displayed with updated decor and have good facilities, including comfy beds. The value for money is fantastic, especially with breakfast included.

I frequently visit PR to see family and have tried various accommodation options, but none compare to my stay at Hampton Inn. The staff was exceptional, breakfast was delicious, and they even had live music one night. Another evening, they offered a free bar and snacks. The poolside bar and grill were pure bliss. I'll definitely be making this my go-to hotel from now on!

We had a great stay in a spacious, clean room with a fantastic breakfast included. The proximity to the airport was convenient, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants. The pool and grill area were nice amenities to enjoy.

The noise from the nearby planes taking off and landing was quite noticeable and interrupted conversations outside.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable especially considering the attention to detail provided by the staff. The location is convenient, being close to the beach, hotels, eating establishments, and supermarkets.

Loved the location, close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. the daily breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of items to choose from. Enjoyed the fact that I was allowed a late check-out, which was convenient for my flight.

The pillows were not very comfortable and the pool closed too early. Would suggest firmer pillows and extending the pool hours for the guests' convenience.

I had a delightful stay at a hotel in San Juan for a couple of days. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved the happy two hours in the evenings, where I could enjoy free-flowing cocktails and nibbles. The rum punch was especially delicious. The hotel's pool grill served delicious food, and I appreciated being able to borrow beach chairs and towels for a visit to the nearby beach. I had an enjoyable experience.

I had the best pre-cruise stay at this hotel! The Hampton Inn & Suites in San Juan is conveniently located near the airport, making it a hassle-free arrival after a long day of travel. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The lobby had a tropical atmosphere that immediately put me in vacation mode. I was delighted to learn that happy hour was still happening at the pool area, and the hotel offered to store my luggage while I enjoyed the free drinks. The pool had a swim-up bar and grill, where I had the most delicious ribeye steak and burger. My room, a spacious king suite on the third floor, was spotlessly clean and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The next morning, I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take me to the cruise port, and there was no wait at all. I had an amazing experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites and would highly recommend it for a pre-cruise stay.

Although the outdoor area was aesthetically pleasing, it was quite noisy due to the proximity to the airport. The constant sound of planes taking off was disruptive when trying to relax by the pool.
