The location was perfect, just across the street from the university. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I loved the modern and stylish design of the hotel, it had a great aesthetic. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the separate shower instead of the usual tub shower combo. The hotel was also conveniently located near shopping and dining options.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff were genuine and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I requested a small tube of toothpaste and was pleasantly surprised to find it in my room upon arrival. The service room service was excellent and the housekeeping did an impeccable job. The leisure swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and the free cabanas were a nice bonus. The staff also provided a warm welcome drink upon my arrival. I highly recommend this venue for families.

I recently stayed at The Lumen for a few nights while visiting SMU. The location was perfect, right across the street from the campus and near Snyder plaza. The property had a nice scale that made it feel more private. The staff was fantastic, from the valet service to the room service. The rooms were clean and well maintained, despite some minor wear and tear. The pool area and lobby were also nicely done.

And despite the dining facilities being closed at the moment, there were plenty of nearby restaurants, markets, and shops within an easy walking distance, making it convenient for meals and coffee. We also appreciated the small tube of toothpaste that we had requested, as well as the attentive and friendly staff who made sure our needs were met. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality service, making our stay enjoyable.
