Enjoyed my stays! First visit staff helped with plug adaptors. Perfect place with Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Shared kitchen, A/C, Adults only. No pets, Non-smoking rooms. All I need. No regrets. Coming back for Christmas.

The vibe at 1802 At San Juan is amazing! The staff is friendly and takes care of the travelers. The lobby is a great place to chill and cook your own food. The location is perfect, with everything you need within a 30-minute walk. The place is clean and affordable, with equipped kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Carlos, the host, goes above and beyond and organizes events and transportation for the guests.

We had a fantastic stay at 1802! Carlos, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the hostel itself was charming, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of social areas. the rooms had great air conditioning, which was much appreciated after spending the day in the Puerto Rican heat. the staff, including the lovely girls who worked there, were always available to help with any questions or requests. the positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the hostel created a wonderful vibe. the location was also ideal, with multiple beaches within a 25-minute walk and grocery stores and nightlife just a short Uber ride away. This was definitely one of our favorite solo trips thanks to the island, the hostel, Carlos, and the girls.

Everything was spot on.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or requests. They even allowed me to check in early after my early flight. the hostel had a cute and well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. the rooms had good air conditioning, which was much needed after a hot day exploring the city. the location was also ideal, within a short walk of multiple beaches and a quick Uber ride to the grocery store and nightlife.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of mirrors in the common areas. It would have been nice to have more mirrors available for getting ready.

Really social hostel, comfy bed, great location to explore. Excellent cleanliness in rooms and shared bathrooms.

My bed in the private room was uncomfortable, with no TV provided. I found it unsettling that my room lacked glass windows, allowing in excess noise. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was AMAZING! The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. We particularly loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, which even had a large fridge and countertop with a sink for added convenience. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a short Uber ride away from bars, clubs, the beach, and the historic district. The staff, especially Carlos, made us feel right at home and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff at 1802 were extremely welcoming and accommodating, even when we arrived late at night. The showers were clean and the water temperature was good. The location was convenient, with easy access to a bus route that takes you straight to Old San Juan. The staff provided useful recommendations for things to do in Puerto Rico, including insider tips you can't find on the internet. The communal vibe among the staff and fellow travelers created a friendly atmosphere.
