the room was outdated and the noise from the street was unbearable, sleep was a struggle. I woudl ve liked a room upgrade for all my trouble, but alas, not even a complimentary snack in sight. If you are picky, this hotel is not for you, they clearly cater to the needy, not someone like me.

Restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner options.

The friendly front desk staff made our stay pleasant, and the dinner menu offered exceptional Puerto Rican cuisine, especially the empanadas. However, the pool maintenance needs significant improvement, as it was overlooked during our stay.

Chilled vibes, super friendly staff, and the breakfast spot over the road had some lekker brekkie. Our room was clean, and I loved the view of the pool, felt very relaxed! Parking was a breeze too, sharp-sharp!

The towels were a bit worn and could do with an upgrade, but they got the job done. No major drama!

While friendly staff made check-in easy, the absence of an elevator and limited room amenities detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Request a quieter room during your stay!

The staff were super accommodating, and the restaurant right across the street was bomb—loved the local Puerto Rican diner vibe. Perfect location near shops and the beach too!

However, the bathroom could use some updates, especially the lighting and shower head. Also, a bit of noise from the street at night was a tad distracting.

i had a fantastic stay at parador el buen cafe. the staff was amazing and super accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. the landscaped outdoor pool was a refreshing perk, and the location is great, close to local shops and tourist spots.

Clean and comfy rooms contributed to a pleasant experience, and the homemade Belgian waffles at breakfast were a delightful bonus. The location was convenient, with friendly and helpful staff greeting us throughout our stay. However, water leaks in some rooms could pose a problem, and certain areas showed signs of aging that could use attention to improve overall comfort. Nevertheless, the overall ambiance and service made the visit enjoyable.

Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location with free parking made our stay enjoyable, especially being steps away from the nearby restaurant with decent food and service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
