Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-furnished room that had everything I needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the room and the big balcony that offered a great view of the surroundings. The room was clean and nicely decorated, making it a cozy and comfortable place to stay. I really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in the main street, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the lively atmosphere of the city.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. I was disappointed by the lack of personal interaction with the staff.

What really impressed me was the snack basket filled with cookies and crackers, as well as the refrigerator stocked with bottled water, cokes, and beers. It felt like a personal touch, just like my mom would do for her guests. the location was also perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.

We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee, water, snacks, and even some drinks in our room. It truly added to the authentic and happy atmosphere of the place. The location was perfect for exploring San Juan and getting a taste of the local culture. we had a comfortable, enjoyable, and genuine experience.

the staff were easy to communicate with before my arrival and made me feel welcome on my birthday week. the room was spacious, clean, and had a terrace with great views of the charming streets. the A/C worked perfectly and the guesthouse even provided adorable "happy birthday" decorations. the location was ideal, with easy access to taxis and walking distance to everything. the guesthouse also stored my luggage and had excellent communication.
