The coffee at Melaos was absolutely amazing; it was the best coffee I've had in years. Also, the food at Lola's was really delicious. the quality of service throughout the facilities was outstanding, making my stay very pleasant. Additionally, I loved the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the town.

On the negative side, there were a few issues with the room. there was no lamp on the nightstand, which made it inconvenient to read at night.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the town square. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed eating at Lola restaurant and the food was great. The coffee shop served a variety of breakfast options which were delicious.

We stayed in the historic part of the hotel overlooking the plaza and had a great experience here. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel's location in Puerto Rico was perfect for exploring and enjoying Ponce city center. The restaurant and coffee shop on the premises were excellent, although a bit pricey. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to our friends.

We recently stayed at this downtown hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to many historical sites and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the town square directly across the hotel. The staff provided impeccable service, making the check-in and check-out process quick and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel amenities were impressive, from the casino to the outdoor swimming pool. We also appreciated the convenience of room service and the option to order meals from the nearby restaurant. we had a fantastic stay here.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the downtown area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was so clean and the hotel had great facilities. The location was perfect, right on the main square of this city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to nearby shops and cafes. The staff was amazing, they were always friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about at all.
