I recently stayed at the Wyndham in Humacao for a week-long vacation. The water pressure in the shower was incredible and the double rustic doors gave the room a charming touch. The grounds were well-maintained and beautiful to explore. The bell boy provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist us with getting ice when reception couldn't. The staff was quick to respond to any issues that arose, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We also enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour at the bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace to relax on. The in-room safe provided peace of mind, and the garden furniture on the patio was a nice touch. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The staff on management of the restaurant and bar could use some training in hospitality and service.

Staff was attentive. Executive king suite had a cozy, clean bed. Pool area was family-friendly. Beautifully maintained grounds. David's Cookies offered tasty meals.

It's situated right by the ocean and within walking distance to the beach, as well as a great golf course. The hotel not only offers comfortable and clean rooms but also a snack bar that serves delicious food. The staff, especially Hector at arrival, was very friendly and helpful. I felt safe in this gated community and enjoyed getting around on the golf cart.
