The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. With prices that are difficult to beat in the area, you get so much more than you pay for. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with big soft towels and comfortable beds. They have all the expected facilities, including a TV and DVD player. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the centre and just a short walk to the nearest beach.

Convenient location, just 10 minutes from both the railway station and the seafront. Breakfast included, cooked to order and delicious. Impeccably clean with lovely, spacious rooms and ensuite showers. Tea/coffee and fan provided. Helpful and attentive young staff at breakfast. Parking permit available for a small price. Would definitely stay again.

Located just a short stroll from the beach, this hotel offers a convenient and quiet location for a relaxing stay. The rooms are immaculate and well-stocked with tea and coffee. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the showers are lovely and hot. The friendly and hardworking staff provide excellent customer service and the breakfast is delicious, with a full English style option available. The hotel also makes conscious efforts to reduce plastic waste and save energy.

Had a lovely new year stay at a great hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had convenient and cheap parking. the room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and tea/coffee facilities. Perfectly located close to the beach and spa complex, making it easy to explore the area.

The curtains were very thin, letting in lots of bright light in the mornings, which made it difficult to sleep in. the dinner options were limited and there was no vegetarian option available.

The Raincliffe Hotel provided a comfortable stay with a clean room and comfortable bed. The new owners were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it was still quiet and peaceful in our room. We will definitely return to this fantastic B&B. I highly recommend the Raincliffe Hotel for a wonderful stay.
