I recently stayed at Dusit Hotel for the first time during my holiday. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was very affordable, especially with the promo. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the friendly reception to the refreshing welcome drinks and towels. The spa experience was spectacular, perfect for a relaxing Eid Staycation. I want to especially commend Indraneel, who was respectful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spotlessly clean with complete amenities, and the pool was amazing and huge. Worth every penny!

Had a great Christmas getaway! Really liked the festive decorations and the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. The location was perfect - conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Plus, the room had a great view of the city skyline.

My stay wasn't perfect. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, there were crumbs on the floor and an unpleasant odor.
