Didn't dislike anything about the stay.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent staff and comfortable hotel during my short layover. The airport restaurant was great during Ramadan, special thanks to Emma for taking care of us. The 30-minute walk along the corniche was enjoyable, and the easy 10-minute Uber ride back to the airport was convenient. Highly recommended!

The location was very convenient, being close to attractions and between long flights. In front of the hotel, you could find a small store where you could buy fruits or any product. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had all necessities, such as a kettle and tea/coffee.

The bathroom was not always well-maintained, and sometimes housekeeping was not prompt in cleaning the rooms.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were really friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of food to choose from. I loved that they had different warm breakfast dishes every day. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. Plus, the hotel was within walking distance of the National Museum, the Art Museum, and the Corniche.

I also appreciated the staff's helpfulness and kindness, especially Moussa and Kachbane at the reception. They even went above and beyond by wirelessly charging my damaged phone with their own. The personal touch and excellent service make me want to come back again and again!
