My recent stay at a luxury city hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional, offering warm greetings upon arrival and throughout my stay. The room granted me an exclusive experience with impressive amenities, including a cozy lounge area and luxurious private facilities. It was also equipped with the latest technology to ensure convenience and comfort. The hotel's location advantage was perfect, just a short walk to historical and cultural points of interest. Breakfast in-room was delicious and delightful.

The only minor downside to my stay was that there was no live entertainment offered although the hotel did provide a lounge area. But, overall, this hotel provided me with a luxurious and relaxing experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Hellenic Vibes Smart. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. The hotel's central location was perfect, close to the metro, shopping district, and within walking distance of the Acropolis. Despite being on a main street, the rooms were quiet due to soundproof walls. The smart features in the room were easy to use, although they felt a bit gimmicky. I would definitely choose to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this smart hotel! The staff at Hellenic Vibes Smart were extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions in Athens. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of options for food, culture, and shopping. The room was modern and immaculate, with fun smart gadgets to use. The shower felt like a spa and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of local products and the service was exceptional. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is located in the center of everything, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and major historical sites. Guests can easily walk to the Acropolis in minutes and the metro station is just a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, equipped with smart technology. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful, providing recommendations for activities, transport, and food.

The scale in the room was broken and despite requesting a new battery, it was never replaced.

The reception guy Marious really cared about our vacation and did everything to make it excellent, even allowing us a late checkout. The breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better. we had an amazing stay at Hellenic Vibes Smart and highly recommend it.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, and the room was simply amazing. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Had a great time! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and treated us like VIPs. We were impressed by the complimentary breakfast and the gym facilities which were in top shape. the location couldn't have been any better as we were within walking distance of major tourist spots in the city.

There were some minor hiccups during our stay which could have been handled better. the payment process wasn't smooth, and the representatives we dealt with at times came off as arrogant.
